Astronaut Talks about Science at Capdau
Shown above: Former U.S. Astronaut Bernard Harris, the first African American man in space, gave students and teachers at Pierre A. Capdau Elementary a first-hand experience with the wonders of science, technology, engineering when The Dream Tour, presented by ExxonMobil, made its visit to the Capital-One-UNO Charter Network on April 15th.
The tour is designed to help todays middle school students reach their potential through the power of strong math and science programs and provide improved tools for teachers to deliver engaging classroom activities.
